STRUCTURAL
  • Foundation walls are designed to take earth lateral forces without the need to be supported by the framing deck.  This is done by added exterior buttress walls all around the foundation wall.

  • Foundation walls have inside AND outside rebar mats of #4 @ 12"x12” for strength and crack prevention. Total of 11 tons of rebar were used in all concrete structural elements

  • 4000 PSI concrete used for foundation walls for added strength (commonly 3000 PSI is used)

  • Interior sheer walls added on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors for improved lateral stability (not required)

  • Advantech T&G floor boards were used for all structural decks

  • Roof rafters are all 2” x 12” to allow a thicker layer of foam insulation and added strength
